The conference Registration Form should be used when registering for the conference and accompanying persons program. Please note that registration is only confirmed once payment has been received

*NOTE: Authors should pay the full registration until April 7 to ensure that their paper will appear in the program.
Participant/ Speaker and Student fee includes:
- Attendance of all Conference Sessions
- Conference Material
- Book of Proceedings
- Welcome Reception
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunch Breaks
- Conference Dinner
PAYMENT
Payment should be made in advance of the Conference by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard, Visa). On site registrations will be paid in cash or by credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of 15% of the total amount, provided that advanced written notification is submitted 21 days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 May 2004
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details. Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.
